We were happy to welcome Her Excellency Mrs. Kathleen Kavalec, Ambassador of the United States of America in Romania, and to present to her the results of the Restoration and functional conversion project of the Fortified Church of Alma Vii, supported through the United States’ Ambassadors Fund for Cultural Preservation (AFCP).
The project was recently awarded, being named the winner in the “Conservation and adaptive reuse” category of the European Heritage Awards / Europa Nostra Awards 2024.
