The Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation proudly invites you to join us for “Open Doors Day” taking place in Viscri, house #140, on July 16, 2023.
During this event, the Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation will present its namesake project “Casa noastră Viscri” on-site. We look forward to sharing details concerning our restoration of a Saxon home and subsequent conversion into a multifunctional public community space. Moreover, we aim to engage local stakeholders (i.e., residents and visitors of Viscri village) in a discussion concerning the proposed new functions of this historical site as a repurposed public community space.
The presentation will be led by Mrs. Carolina Fernolend, President of the Mihai Eminescu Trust Foundation, and architect Cosmin Pavel, the designer behind our intervention at Viscri #140.
We warmly invite all those interested in discovering this community project and the opportunities that the home will offer residents and visitors of Viscri village, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, to attend.
