The ȘURA Project in Archita Concludes

Last Friday, we wrapped up the “ȘURA – Laboratory for Inclusive Civic Engagement and Experimentation” project in the village of Archita with music and good cheer.

We took stock of the project and rejoiced in everything we accomplished together by working alongside Archita’s village community. Viscri’s choir even paid us a visit in the warm and welcoming barn. The children sang, did crafts at a gingerbread decorating station, and enjoyed the warmth of the barn alongside us. We were delighted to have our partners from the Vânători Town Hall with us, including Mayor Mircea Felegean, who ensured the smooth rollout of our project. Geta, Georgiana, and Mr. Ghiță from the Discover Archita Association also joined us, as did the older children from the village school, who are part of our civic engagement club, ȘURA. Other notable citizens with commendable initiatives from the area also joined us to celebrate. The pleasant, warm atmosphere was dotted with plenty of smiles and good spirits and was a perfect way to close out a successful project that will go on to serve an important role for the village community.
